My property has been Airbnb for years, but I've never been comfortable with all the turnover, especially in my Irish Channel neighborhood. I was looking for a way to rent my furnished apartment for a month or a few months, but it seemed there were few services for that. Working with Anne to promote my property has been not only effective, but a real pleasure. She's one of those rare people that no only knows her stuff, but does her job well and with a great attitude.

What a lovely spot! The photos on the internet of Cotton Mills #342 do not do this condo justice. Such character, both at the complex and in New Orleans. I feel like this was our home away from home. The pool was fantastic. My son loved the loft area and called it his clubhouse. Lots of little extras and supplies were a nice touch, and I made several gourmet meals and even BBQed. Very friendly staff here who were quick to offer help, directions, and even lend pool toys. This trip made us wish we lived here, and it will definitely not be our last winter in NOLA!
