We loved our stay at the Cotton Mill during our months in New Orleans. The apartment was clean, bright and well supplied as well as being very central.
It was a five minute walk to some of the biggest Mardi Gras parades and we could walk to the French Quarter very easily. Anne was a pleasure to work with and helped us find the right place at the right price. We’ll definitely be back!
I loved your blog about the frozen head by way, very New Orleans!

What a lovely spot! The photos on the internet of Cotton Mills #342 do not do this condo justice. Such character, both at the complex and in New Orleans. I feel like this was our home away from home.
The pool was fantastic. My son loved the loft area and called it his clubhouse. Lots of little extras and supplies were a nice touch, and I made several gourmet meals and even BBQed.
Very friendly staff here who were quick to offer help, directions, and even lend pool toys.
This trip made us wish we lived here, and it will definitely not be our last winter in NOLA! Thanks for sharing your beautiful condo. It made our annual stay perfect!

Anne, I truly enjoyed staying at 1205 St. Charles. The accomodations were perfection – the location could not have been better! I have stayed in New Orleans many times, and this was by far my favorite place. Thank you for your kindness,

We had the honor of being the first guest in this home. It was a great place to enjoy some rest after long days in the French Quarter. Anne was a gracious host… We love New Orleans!

Thanks, Anne, for sharing your home with us! It made the internship period much less work-like. The location was great, very convenient to the Convention Center. Very safe neighborhood, too, just as you said. I even left my car unlocked by accident one night and all was well. We had a great time!

I will acknowledge that things happened very quickly. The street car line was re-routed and all of downtown detoured around the “progress” for about a year… but still, it was fast and efficient, and completed in time for the big day.
