The space
Everything here is brand new, top to bottom. You’ll have the entire unit to yourself: two comfortable bedrooms, a fully renovated bathroom, and a gorgeous new kitchen with quartz countertops, shaker cabinets, and stainless appliances — fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and coffee setup. What a lovely spot! The photos on the internet of Cotton Mills #342 do not do this condo justice. Such character, both at the complex and in New Orleans. I feel like this was our home away from home. The pool was fantastic. My son loved the loft area and called it his clubhouse. Lots of little extras and supplies were a nice touch, and I made several gourmet meals and even BBQed. Very friendly staff here who were quick to offer help, directions, and even lend pool toys. This trip made us wish we lived here, and it will definitely not be our last winter in NOLA!
