Anne Beck is very professional.  She always answers me promptly, and she is very good with the condo office.  I'm glad we found each other.

Anne is a joy to work with!  I have stayed at three of her properties in the last two years.  I am a traveling healthcare professional, and all the properties I have rented have been above and beyond my expectations. They are beautifully and tastefully decorated, and stocked with everything you could need or want to feel at home away from home. Anne is so easy to work with, while remaining professional.  I will look to her for all my property neeedes in the New Orleans area!

Attentive, knowledgeable and a delight to work with... Anne manages to help the visitor feel like a local. I've been a 'Snowbird' in New Orleans for over ten years now, and have a standing reservation for six months when I ride Endymion every year.  I never know where she's going to put me - but it's always been a perfect home-away-from-home.

Loved our stay at the Cotton Mill!  Easy access to everything, quiet property, friendly residents and staff.  Hubby had great results with his HBOT treatments and is feeling awesome!

Anne helped me find the cutest apartment in 2019/2020.  In 2025 I had the opportunity to return to New Orleans.  I reached out to her, and she did not disappoint! She is glad to help, and found the best condo with parking!  I will call her every time I am in New Orleans!

Our unit was first a beloved vacation retreat, and we quickly fell in love with the Cotton Mill and New Orleans - so much so that we decided to retire to this beautiful city permanently!  So our condo is available now for rent! Anne has done a great job of keeping our place rented and taking care of all the needs of our tenants.

Anne's expertise and deep knowledge of renting units at the Cotton Mill as corporate leases have been invaluable.  Her strong relationships and extensive tenure in the building have significantly enhanced our leasing opportunities. We loved our stay at the Cotton Mill during our months in New Orleans. The apartment was clean, bright and well supplied as well as being very central. It was a five minute walk to some of the biggest Mardi Gras parades and we could walk to the French Quarter very easily. Anne was a pleasure to work with and helped us find the right place at the right price. We'll definitely be back! What a lovely spot! The photos on the internet of Cotton Mills #342 do not do this condo justice. Such character, both at the complex and in New Orleans. I feel like this was our home away from home. The pool was fantastic. My son loved the loft area and called it his clubhouse. Lots of little extras and supplies were a nice touch, and I made several gourmet meals and even BBQed. Very friendly staff here who were quick to offer help, directions, and even lend pool toys. This trip made us wish we lived here, and it will definitely not be our last winter in NOLA!
